Growth Marketer
Job Overview:
Genericcode is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketer to lead our efforts in acquiring new users, increasing app downloads, and optimizing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mobile marketing, user acquisition, and conversion optimization. This role will be instrumental in driving growth through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and performance analysis across various marketing channels.
Growth Marketer Key Responsibilities:
- As Growth Marketer you have to Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement innovative growth strategies to increase app downloads and user engagement across paid and organic channels.
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize the app’s visibility in both Apple’s App Store and Google Play through keyword research, metadata, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok) to drive app installs and improve cost per acquisition (CPA).
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages, and marketing strategies to identify the most effective methods for driving growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including user acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV). Use insights to adjust strategies for ongoing optimization.
- Collaboration with Product & Design Teams: Work closely with product and design teams to optimize user experience and ensure marketing initiatives align with product goals and branding.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in mobile app marketing, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform growth strategies.
- Retention & Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for increasing user retention and engagement, leveraging in-app marketing, push notifications, and email campaigns.
Growth Marketer Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile marketing and growth hacking, ideally within a tech company.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Adjust).
- Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile app marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications for Growth Marketer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in performance marketing and user acquisition in the mobile or app industry.
- Familiarity with growth tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
