The human resource personnel will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
This includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff, maintaining employee records, enforcing company policies, and ensuring a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with a strong understanding of human resource best practices and labor regulations.
The Human Resource Personnel Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and reference verification.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Maintain positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct regular check-ins with staff to ensure job satisfaction and address any issues.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Oversee the holiday and leave management system, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Personnel or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic time management skills.
